Dracula: The Disciple Unveiled as a First-Person Puzzle Adventure
Cyanide Studio has unveiled Dracula: The Disciple, a first-person puzzle adventure that reinterprets Bram Stoker’s Dracula through themes of occult experimentation and vampiric transformation. Players take on the role of Emile Valombres, a French archivist seeking a cure for his terminal illness inside Dracula’s abandoned castle, where he becomes entangled in the Count’s dark experiments. The gameplay focuses on solving puzzles using alchemical tools like alembics and athanors, as well as engaging with the environment to grow supernatural plants and perform rituals. As Emile's health deteriorates, he starts to transform into a vampire, gaining new powers that unlock further areas of the castle. The game features a Gothic visual style and atmospheric elements, with various locations to explore, including laboratories and dungeons. Although there is no release date yet, players can wishlist the game on Steam now.
