Roblox Partners with Savvy Games to Boost Saudi Game Development

Savvy Games Group and Roblox have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at expanding game development in Saudi Arabia. This partnership will see Roblox establish a stronger operational presence in the region, which includes offering dedicated developer relations support for local studios. Over 700,000 students have already engaged in a nationwide competition, and Roblox plans to assist these budding developers in transforming their winning concepts into actual games. Education is a key focus, with both companies collaborating to create resources on online safety and digital literacy alongside the Ministry of Education. This initiative aligns with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, aiming to foster creativity and entrepreneurship among the youth in the rapidly evolving digital landscape.
